Question: What Is Ambrotose Made From? Would It Be Beneficial For A Bodybuilder?

I am trying to gather some information on ambrotose. The databases that I have visited testify to the great reactions that many people have had with its use. I have not, however, found anything that tells me what it is. I understand that it is used to promote "good communication between cells." Is it a herb, natural, synthetic? I am in my second year of body building and wonder if I can benefit from ambrotose in that regard, not only in general health.

Thanks

Hello. Ambrotose is a complex made from carbohydrates. I sell this stuff, so I know.

Where does Ambrotose come from? Ambrotose is comprised of a series of monosaccharides that we don't get in our diet. I know, you're still wondering, "but where the heck does this stuff come from?"

These monosaccharides are only found in vine-ripened fruits and vegetables. When you think about the fruits and vegetables we get from the grocery store, most of us know they are not vine-ripened. They are picked from the vine, tree, stalk, or picked from the ground long before they are ripe. The green bananas in the produce section come to my mind!

You would have to have a backyard chock full o' vine-ripened vegetables and fruits (and you'd have to loooove your fruits and veggies) to get the amount of these nutrients in your diet that are contained in Ambrotose.

Doesn't it make sense that if you are getting natural nutrients in your diet that you can only get from vine-ripened fruits and veggies (which we never get), that that is going to have a profound effect on the immune system?

Scientific studies show that Ambrotose boosts the average healthy persons immune system an average of 54%! Echinacea came in at only 4%! And regular multivitamins at only 2%! So I think you can see the kind of impact this product can have on your health. Now you know why they call it a "nutraceutical" -- not to be mistaken with your average vitamins, minerals, and herbs.

Personally, I've been on the Ambrotose about a month and a half, and I can say my lingering year-round stuffy nose is basically gone!
