I was wondering how Betagen is such an effective supplement when it has so little creatine per serving.

To whoever asked how Betagen can be so effective when it has such
a small amount of Creatine: Creatine is NOT the main ingredient
in Betagen!! HMB is the main ingredient! The Creatine is just added
for extra benefit. HMB is the reason the stuff is good, and the
reason it's reasonably expensive. I think it's a good value considering
all you get in it though.

Wrong. There are 2 gms of creatine and 1 gm of HMB in each Betagen serving.
