Chitosan

I have been using chitosan for five days now. I take 3 tablets a half hour before lunch and dinner. I find that my bowel movements are more frequent, but a little more difficult. The best thing is I can actually see the reduction of fat in my face, neck, upper arms. The loss of fat in these areas has been very significant. Stick with it for a while and stay consistent with it.

I took Chitosan a few years ago (so did my mom). Neither of us noticed any difference after the month supply we purchased (my mom ended up getting a refund). I have read many articles about how this product is "bunk."
