Chitosan

I was wondering if a person can take Diet Fuel and chitosan safely. I am under the impression that diet fuel is used to curb the appetite and speed up metabolism and that chitosan is a fat blocker that can also block any nutrients taken within a few hours. I would appreciate any input.
Thanks!

Well, I'm taking Ripped Fuel and chitosan and I've lost about 5 pounds in little over a week. Diet-fuel is basically the same thing so you should be OK. As long as you work out and follow directions IT WILL work. As you know, individual results will vary. But, as you know, you must be consistent and keep a positive attitude. You're not going from a toad to a prince overnight, so hang in there and keep at it. I will, and the results will come. If you find something else out let me know and vice versa.

Actually chitosan and ripped fuel are not the same thing. Diet fuel (df) acts as a thermogenic which in turn increases metabolic rate (including heart rate) while chitosan acts like a fat blocker by binding to fats and not allowing the body to digest and store them. I don't see any contraindications of the two, as long as fat soluble vitamins are supplemented.

Whoever you are #2, you must have some synapse deficiencies. He's talking about diet fuel and ripped fuel being nearly equivalent to each other, not to chitosan. I'm a bodybuilder and I've taken hydroxycut (which is equivalent to ripped fuel) as well as chitosan so I can cheat on my diet (i.e. before I eat peanut butter and large amounts of red meat) and I have found both to be effective. I have experienced no negative side effects from either.
Chitosan is not a miracle substance that will induce weight loss,
and it makes me angry when I see people who believe as such. To
lose weight, eat a balanced diet low in saturated fats and high
in protein. Begin an exercise program and lower you caloric intake.
If you want to lose weight faster while making these lifestyle
changes, you can add a fat burner ( i.e. hydroxycut, diet fuel,
ripped fuel) to boost your metabolism and to lower carbohydrate
cravings. Unless you are a person with a diet particularly high
in fat, adding chitosan to your program will do absolutely nothing
for you. People are under the misconception that fat is the enemy.
Not all fats are bad for you, particularly monounsaturated and
polyunsaturated fats.
If you must use chitosan, take it only before meals that contain in excess of 12 grams of fat. Also, supplement vitamins A and D at meals when you do not use chitosan. A pound of fat is equivalent to about 3600 calories. To lose weight, multiply your bodyweight by 12. This is the amount of calories to be eaten daily to lose weight. To speed up the process, burn addition calories by exercising or weight training. Weight training is especially helpful because adding additional muscle increases at-rest metabolism. Make sure you eat at least .8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, and good luck with your fat loss goals.
