Chromium Picolinate

I've been using chromium picolinate for approximately 4 months and have had great success with it. 200 mcg, two times per day. I've been able to lose 30 pounds in this time. Although I've incorporated many supplements into my diet and can't can't give sole credit to my weight loss, I believe the chromium picolinate to be a contributing factor. No side effects, either.

Hi. I read your brief review of this supplement. On the bottle I got, it says to take no more than 200 mg once per day. However, you stated that you took it twice per day. Can this be harmful, and do you suggest twice a day rather than once a day? Also, in order to loose this weight, how often were you exercising?
