Consumer Review: I Was On Creatine For 4 Months And Went From 135 lbs To 185 lbs.

I am writing to share with you my experience with a legal supplement called creatine. It was a year ago when I first started using it along with some weight gaining fuel. I was 6ft 135lbs and not happy at all with my build. I started by looking on the net for anything that sounded like it could help when I came across a company selling creatine. First, I called and talked to the salesman on the phone and decided to buy it and try it out. After I received the shipment in the mail I started taking the recommended dose which is pretty high to start off with because you have to have a build up of it in your system for the effects to start taking place.

My workout routine was not hard at all. (I have a Soloflex at home so I used it for my gym.) I started off with upper body routines on one day (bench, flys, curls, dips) and lower on the other (squats and calf raises). It only took me an average of 20 minutes a day. I would workout for five days a week in the beginning and after two weeks I started seeing great results. In 4 months I went from 135lbs to 185lbs of pure muscle and great strength (that's right 50lbs!). The first time I lifted my max on the bench press was 150lbs I can now lift over 275lbs. I highly recommend creatine for people who need great gains in short time. The only problem with creatine that I have noticed is that if you stop using it you will lose your gains very quickly. I stopped using it for a while and dropped down to 160lbs quickly, but did manage to maintain that weight even without creatine or weight gainer so it wasn't a total loss. Remember, I started out at 135 pounds. I just started using it again and am very pleased after only a week of being back on the weights. It is seeming to come back just as quickly as it went away.
