Consumer Review: I Have Been On "The Carbohydrate Addicts' Diet" For A Month And Lost 15-20 Pounds.

I have been on "The Carbohydrate Addicts' Diet" for a month now and lost 15-20 pounds. I want to lose around 50lbs. more. I am working out 5 times per week (cardio and lifting).

I want to know if Creatine will inhibit weight loss. I have heard that it will promote water weight gain. I want something that will give me more energy, increase muscle growth and strength, and is not full of Carbs. Creatine sounds good, but I want tobe sure.

If Creatine is not the right thing to use, what else could help? I currently take GTF-Chromium, and a good Multi-Vitamin. I would just like some advice from someone who knows more about Creatine.
