Creatine

I started using creatine monohydrayte months ago and I gained a little strength. I added 10 lbs to my bench max (305 and I weigh 150). I gained about 4 lbs of muscle. I am a hardgainer and have tried all kinds of products with little success, but I would recommend the creatine monohydrate. I have never tried the creatine citrate.
