Consumer Review: The Only Effect Creatine Has On Me Is Cramping From Dehydration.

I am a 22 year old college student and an avid weight trainer (4-5 days per week). I currently take creatine and the only effect it has on me is cramping from dehydration.

About the creatine: Those on creatine MUST drink sufficient amounts of water. Some have reported drinking up to a gallon a day while on creatine. Do you stretch? It is necessary to stretch a little before working out, stretch quite a bit while working out (when the muscles are warmest, and a true improved elongation of muscle tissue can be achieved), and after your workout. Proper lifting technique, diet, attitude, and patience will all help. And don't forget to drink more water!
