Creatine

I have been taking creatine for about a month now and during the last 2 weeks I have been seriously loading. I have noticed some big result. I have been taking 7.2g everyday for 2 weeks now and lifting heavily one day. The next day I do endurance (i.e. push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups and sit-ups). Then, the third day, I do a light workout. Then, I start the process over on the fourth day. Through all of this I have been eating massive amounts of food.
One thing to remember is to drink plenty of liquids, especially water. Make sure to stretch often, or you could loose flexibility. I also read in Men's Health Magazine that stretching can increase muscle mass by as much as 15%. I have gained a fair amount of muscle mass and my girlfriend noticed that my strength has increased. The only problems I have had are not drinking enough or not eating enough and then I only have stomach aches.
