Consumer Review: After 3 Months Of Swallowing The Sand Like Substance Known As Creatine, I'm Finally Putting A Stop To It.

After 3 months of swallowing the sand like substance known as creatine, I'm finally putting a stop to it. I only gained about 5 pounds during this period, which was bad. I'm way more toned than when I started, which is good. By the way, drinking as much water as you can is the key.

I'm now switching to whey protein in search of bulkiness and hopefully minimizing the toning. What is the best time (before, during, after) to maximize the power of the protein? An approximate time would be very nice. Also, do you think it's good to drink the protein and eat a really small, but high in carbohydrate lunch Mon-Fri (the days that I work out)?

I would take the protein drink before you work out. Eat a high protein meal before you work out and a high carbo meal after. This is a hard routine to stay into, but it works.
