Consumer Review: Creatine Decreased My Speed.

Despite what everyone has been saying about creatine and how good it is and how it improves your speed, I have personally found out that that is untrue. I am like everyone else you hear about in these letters. 5'10" barely 135lbs. I have been working out with my baseball team everyday for over an hour for almost 2 years now and I've seen almost no results at all. So, I looked to weight gainers which did nothing and then to creatine. Everyone was telling me how it would help my speed as well as my bulk. Even though I spent over $400 I only weighed 135 lbs. I have decreased in my 60 yard dash from 6.8 seconds to 7.2 seconds. I did everything the same with healthy meals and regular workouts and found no results.

Since I have stopped taking this I have let my body grow naturally and I am up to 160 lbs 5 months later. It takes time and regular workouts with healthy meals to get bigger. Weight gainers are good for fully grown adults and not for growing teens who need to stick with the natural way.
