Consumer Review: Well, If You Want My Honest Testimony Regarding Creatine, Here It Goes.

Well, if you want my honest testimony, here it goes. I've been taking creatine monohydrate liquid form for two months or so. First, I'm aware of all that has been said and, at some point, it all make sense to me. I believe that If you put ANY kind of chemical into your body it is not good. There will be always risks.

I'm not dumb enough (just a little bit) to take the dosage recommended (which I think is the maximum the factory believes you can take without harm that would case problems for them). So, I took half of that, maybe less. First week was two tp/day and then one tp/day for maybe 3 weeks. After the first bottle, I bought another and have been taking two a day (one after lunch and the other right before training (bodybuilding by the way).

The results: The stuff REALLY WORKS! for me at least. My stamina (gas), which was poor before, increased greatly . This made me get stronger (for example: in the bench press I increased the weight by about 40lbs in one month). I trained harder which made me get bigger (I gained about 12 lbs in this period).

As bad side effects go, so far NOTHING. I have history of kidney stones (taking those calcium supplements as well as Cebion Vitamin C). So far, so good. There's no sign of health problems. Actually, I think I'm in the best of my form. Finally I'll stop the creatine, as the 2nd bottle is almost gone, and see what happens. Hope this help. It's my own experience and is TRUE!!
