Consumer Review: Creatine Can Give You An Edge, But It's No Substitute For Hard Work.

Hey what's up? I'm here to try to help whoever is concerned about taking Creatine. Though I'm no trainer, I have some tips that have helped me in the past and should probably end up helping you.

First of all, there is only one way to bulk up or get stronger. That is to be persistent with working out and give it time. It's not an overnight success, like most things in life, unfortunately. The one thing that I know of that keeps people from continuing to work out is that after a few weeks of working out, they think that success will never come. But one thing to remember is that everyone's body is different and that some receive success faster than others.

Regarding these opinions that people are making about Creatine hurting their bodies, I'll bet that 80% of them used it improperly or did over their limit while working out, thinking that creatine would help them do more, which it does. The only thing that Creatine and other supplements do is make an edge and help results for SOME people come faster. You don't have to have a supplement to get buff. In fact, for some people, they shouldn't even touch creatine.

For example: If you have bad kidneys, don't use it. Trust me, you will regret it in the long run. Another thing is if you decide to take Creatine, make sure and drink at least 1/2 to 1 gallon of water a day so you won't become dehydrated. If you are unsure about taking Creatine, go buy a sample pack that will last about a week and see if you see any side effects. If you do, talk to a trainer to see if you should continue taking it. One more little thing: It's good to fluctuate taking creatine. Like take it for 3 weeks and get off of it for about 2 weeks. This way you won't overload your body with it, because Creatine is already in our bodies. It's a natural substance found in all kinds of foods.

Hey, trust me on what I say. I'm 15 years old and these aren't just my opinions. I talked to about 4 different trainers, and they all said the same thing. For me, the best thing I think that I did was finally convincing myself to give bulking up time. As soon as you accept that fact, you will realize that it is possible. Once you achieve your goals you will think back and say to yourself, "I earned my success."
