Consumer Review: I Was On Creatine When I Hurt My Shoulder So Bad That I Can't Bench Press Anymore.

CREATINE IS JUNK. THAT IS A FACT.

OK yes, creatine helps you lift more for longer, gives you energy, adds pounds on your bench. But so does eating proper. I myself have hurt my left inner shoulder while using Creatine. I was going for max bench presses. One rep all you can push. I did 270lbs. I am not a big guy myself, I am 5 foot 7 and 160lbs. It was not much later that my left shoulder was bugging me when I did the bench-press "movement." And here's what happened. Your collar bone meets your shoulder blade, and in between them is connecting tissue. Well, I messed that up and it swelled up. It has been 5 months and I still cannot bench, even wussie weight.

I am so pissed off with Creatine and the people who make it, for it is NOT 100% safe, and is ONLY a marketing scam, in essence.

I don't know if I need surgery or not, but it really sucks to have nice arms and no chest. One other thing to consider is that I have heard that Creatine is already produced by the body. Putting more Creatine into your body for extended periods of time will fool your body and your body will stop producing the natural Creatine. It wil be dependent on the Creatine source which you yourself put into your body. Basically, the body stops making Creatine. I also have heard kidney problems can occur as well.

THIS IS WHY CREATINE SUCKS AND SHOULD BE BANNED. THE PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECT OF CREATINE IS TRULY WHAT THE COMPANY IS SELLING, WITH HEALTH CONCERNS AND PROBLEMS FREE OF CHARGE. WHAT PRICKS.

Andy

P.S. Yes I drank enough water during the use. Without using creatine, I drink 2-4 liters of water every day.
