Creatine

Hi, I'm a Swedish student so please excuse my English. I have been training with creatine monohydrate for about one year and taking a lot less then the manufacture and others had told me. I have not experienced any sort of cramps or muscle tears. I'm running 3 days a week and training 3-4 days a week. And I the results have been good. I run longer and I am able to train harder. I take about one teaspoon of creatine monohydrate one hour before training and one tea spoon after training.
