Consumer Review: I Took Creatine For A Month And It Had No Effect, Good Or Bad.

I took Creatine for the month of September, 1999. I realized after a month that it did me no good. I was able to lift slightly more weight, but not worth $40 a bottle. I decided after working out for 2 years I should try it, for I was not completely satisfied with my results after that time. While I experience no ill effects from using this supplement, I know it didn't work for me, and from now on I will continue lifting and competitive cycling without the aid of supplements and especially drugs.
