My personal objective experiences using creatine:
Composition: WM 39, 233 lbs., 5'10, 15% Body Fat
Pre-existing conditions: None
Family History/Conditions: None
Usage Duration/Frequency: Cycled, 2 Mo. On, 3 weeks Off for 1.5 Yrs. No Increased water intake.
Usage Dosage: Recommended Dosage per Label.
Noticeable Positive Experiences over 1.5 Yrs.:
- Upper Arm Increase (Pump) from of 1.5" To 2" Dia.
- Increased Strength 150 lbs. In Bench Press.
- Increased stamina.
- Libido, Sorry No Change Required (Joke)
Noticeable Negative Affects:
- None Please formulate your own conclusions. . .
My conclusion: Am I missing something? Come On . . . . Do I have superhuman resistance to such a toxic supplement? Am I just one of the few lucky ones to survive? Now I think my kidneys are hurting. . .
Please. . .I hope I have not convinced some more of you that you have the toxic symptoms too. Lets outlaw aspirin, guns, peanut butter, and any food that may provide a symptom of disease caused by an intrinsic/allergen response or the misuse/abuse of person(s).
