Consumer Review: Those Of You Who Are Trying To Make Creatine Out To Be A Big Bad Monster Aren't Going To Like What I Have To Say.

I weighed a mere 150 lbs at age 18 when I started creatine monohydrate. I wanted to gain some size and strength to compensate for my lack of "largeness" Little did I know what it was going to do for me! All you people out there trying to make Creatine sound like a big bad monster aren't going to appreciate this BUT.... I started out with a bench of 135 and tri pushdowns of 40 lbs for two examples... anyway, after 3 months on Creatine Monohydrate I: Gained an amazing 30 lbs! my bench went up to 185 lbs! My tri pushdowns after only 2.5 weeks were up to 75 lbs!

That was 4 years ago, I haven't touched creatine since than AND I haven't lost any size, (actually I weigh in at 204 now) didn't lose any strength, (strength has only gone up) and shed the mere 6 lbs of water I gained while on it in 2 weeks!

My only side effect? Stretch Marks from hell on my arms! They were almost exclusively red from the massive gains in size!

Would I take Creatine again? Sure, I'm starting it again in Jan.

The only DOCUMENTED cases of people suffering from side effects were those that took ridiculous amounts of creatine and didn't drink much water. For those of you on this board that suffered side effects, you definitely have my attention and I will closely monitor myself when I start again. I didn't think there was a thing in the world to worry about with Creatine until reading this stuff. Then again, I had better results than I could have ever imagined with it.

HOWEVER.... As a consideration take into account the fact that I was 18. I might have been due for a size surge anyway. The timing of it all may have falsely led to my conclusion. We'll see in Jan.
