Creatine

I tried Creatine for the first time my sophomore year in college. I admit, it worked. I noticed increased muscle mass, however, shortly after beginning on creatine I started to break out pretty bad. I stopped using creatine when it got out of control. I went to the doctor and got medicine and it cleared up. A year later, I decided to believe the people that say it was just a coincidence and began on creatine again. Once again, my face broke out all over. I had never had an acne problem before this. It has been about six months since I last took creatine and my face has finally cleared up. I would not recommend creatine for this reason.
