It is very easy for a normal person to talk about the adverse
affects of creatine. Well try asking a hard gainer like me. I have
been training for five years straight and over the past year or
so my gains have stopped despite the fact that my workouts were
super intense. After using creatine for 3 months I gained 15 pounds
of solid mass and my poundage improved drastically. I experienced
no side effects at all. In my opinion a frustrated bodybuilder or
any athlete for that matter is better off using a supplement like
creatine rather than dangerous drug.
