Creatine

I'm 16 years old male who studies in England but live in South Korea in Asia. I've been using creatine serum liquid, amino 1500 and whey protein at same time for about 15 days. Before I tell you this, I gotta say that I was 5'11" 160lbs. However, when I analyzed my body mass at first, my fat mass percentage was 16% but when I used all these supplements my fat mass went down to 14% and put on pure lean mass about 5 pounds in 15 days. But I obviously trained really hard and I 'm suggesting people to use creatine liquid type. Some people say that creatine liquid is all bulls--- but it really worked for me. Believe or not, I've used creatine powders at past but I stopped taking them because they gave me a stomach ache and cramps. When I was on this liquid type, I didn't get any side effects. But remember this: It always doesn't work for everyone. P.S. Hope you get amazing results when you workout!!! And sorry for my English
