Consumer Review: Don't Listen To All These People Criticizing Creatine. It Gave Me And My Friend Huge Gains With No Side Effects.

Me and my friend Joe and have taken creatine on and off for 10 months. We have read everything there is to read on the stuff and have found no real proof either way. You have to understand, everyone is different. It might have bad effects for a few people, but not the majority or it wouldn't be on the market, and it wouldn't be so popular in bodybuilding.

We personally have seen huge gains while on it, and when we stopped (because it was so expensive) the gains, although still there, were not nearly as impressive. I just started on it a month ago for the third time and I have put 20 pounds on my bench max. I reached a plateau in my lifting and it got me through my sticking point. I would recommend it to anyone who can use it responsibly, and who trains regularly.

Don't buy all the crap on here. If you want help getting big, its natural, its tested, take creatine. Although, one persons responded that creatine is naturally found in meat, the amount of creatine found in meat is so miniscule that it has no real effect on the production of creatine in your body. The only way your kidneys will stop its production is if you take it regularly for a few months. And once you get off of it the production of creatine will resume as evident with myself, who lost no muscle during my time off the supplement. If my creatine production stopped (which I don't think it did), and I didn't notice any effects, why do we need it to be produced in our body anyway?

Response #1

Personally, creatine has helped me out a lot. When I first started taking creatine, I was a sophomore in high school and benching about 225. Then I took it and in six weeks I was benching 265. Then I took a break for two weeks, came back and gained 30 more pounds on my bench. I am now a junior in high school and benching about 300lbs. If you're wondering why I'm not benching more now, it's because I couldn't bench for most of the summer because I had a huge cut in my hand and needed 30 stitches and I couldn't lift for 5 weeks. So I had to gain back what I lost. But anyway, creatine worked for me and it may work for you too, but you have to try it because it's different for every person.
