Creatine

I'm an 18 year old male who started taking creatine 6 months ago. I didn't work out all this summer because I slacked off big time and I lost a lot of strength. When I went back to working out, I could only bench 190lbs and I weighted 180lbs. Then I started to take creatine. In 6 months, I've add 20lbs of muscle and my bench went from 190lbs to 285lbs. The creatine I took was Phosphagen HP and that's stuff is awesome. So I say people who say creatine doesn't work is full of it.
