Consumer Review: Creatine Helped My Improve My Strength Dramatically For Football Season.

I took creatine my entire junior year in high school prior to my senior football season. It helped me improve my strength dramatically. You just have to remember to drink tons of water so you wont cramp up. I experienced no side effects other than a little bit of weight gain (fat) because I didn't diet very well while I was on it. I would recommend its usage until you finish your sport. I cannot make a judgement on its effects on non athletes. But from what I hear, bodybuilders get great results from it when it is taken properly.
