Question: How Much Creatine Should I Take During My Loading and Maintenance Periods?

I'm a small built guy. About 6 foot 175 pounds. My upper body is very small. So I decided to take creatine. I already have a good diet, but, I was wondering what kind of volume I should take during my loading period, as opposed to my maintenance period? Are you supposed to workout during the loading period of creatine? And how long of a break?

Answer #1

You should take 20 grams of creatine during the loading and 5 grams during the maintenance. Take the creatine right after you lift.
