Creatine

It seems that many people are having adverse side effects from creatine. I just want to let people know that it has done great wonders for my body and strength. Yet, I have not experienced any of the so called side effects. I am currently 180lb. at 5'9" with a body fat of 15%. This comes after being 5'9" and 185 at 20%. I have become leaner and much more defined in the past six months than I have ever been. I have found that by consuming a gallon of water a day along side the creatine you should be able to avoid many, if not all, of the side effects. Since many of them are do to lack of hydration (tears, cramps, and dehydration).
