Creatine

I tried taking creatine monohydrate for several weeks. It gave me terrible diarrhea. I eventually gave up on this 'miracle' supplement even though others were claiming good results.
It took me quite some time after that to get my electrolytes back in order. (Has continuing muscle cramps and even some skipped heart beats). I blame this on the diarrhea, though, not the creatine itself.
Some time later I was introduced to Creatine Phosphate itself as a supplement. Although many internet searches claimed this could not be effective, I gave it a shot anyway. Low and behold it worked for me. No diarrhea, no water gain, just more energy and more muscle! Was this a placebo effect? I don't know. But the stuff was as cheap as the protein I was buying and no more expensive than the monohydrate.
Just one guy's experience....
