I have been on almost every supplement in the book and will probably continue to do so. People don't seem to understand supplements are exactly that, supplements to a healthy lifestyle and that healthy lifestyle includes eating 6-8 meals a day, carbin up after workouts, sufficient water intake, changing up workouts, and sleep. Some of the supplements I've tried have worked, others haven't. If nothing else it gives you a psychological boost, think positive and use positive mental imaging to excel.
What works, good protein replacements. Also, creatine, but
people need to understand the quantities of water needed to
be consumed per day. I carry a water bottle with me at all times
and start urinating clear about mid-afternoon. Creatine doesn't
do a thing unless you give this supplement the essential water
needed to make it effective. .
