Creatine

I've been using creatine for about a month now and would say it works very well, not great, but very well. The biggest thing that I noticed is that I have a lot more energy in the gym. I don't tire out at all and I feel as though I could keep working out all day. I have gained a noticeable amount of muscle and I have added a few pounds of weight. I'm not sure how much of this is really the Creatine or how much of it is just mental. Sometimes I wonder if the creatine doesn't do anything, but give me a mental lift in the gym. If that's the case, I guess it works either way, though I do have a feeling that I could probably get the same results without Creatine.
