Consumer Review: I Know A Number Of People Who Seem To Be Getting Good Results From Liquid Creatine.

Anyone with info on the liquid creatine from 'ATP' (Muscle Marketing USA)? I have heard that powdered creatine mixed in a fluid breaks down to the unusable creatinine within 15 (?) minutes. I have also heard that most liquid creatine formulas are purported to to be stable in aloe etc., but are actually not.

Muscle Marketing claims that their formula is "patented" and tested by an independent outside laboratory to be stable in their fluid mix. Therefore you need to take less creatine for the effects and there is no need to load or cycle because you only take it when you workout. Does any one else know if this can be substantiated or is it like most of the supplement field - just a lot of marketing hype? I know of a number of people who seem to be getting good results from using it and if it works it will be cheaper than the powder. Any response would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have heard of the Liquid Creatine also, but I do not know anyone who uses it. I was curious about your friends, does it work well with them? I have been thinking of using it myself but am also like you. I'm not sure if it's as good as it's hyped up to be. I was also wondering where it could be purchased.

From my experience, it is all a bunch of hype. It sounds too good to be true and it is.

I've been using the ATP advantage for about two weeks. I have gained a little strength, but again I've only been taking the serum for two weeks. Whether or not it works will be determined on a case to case basis due to whether or not your body will accept or reject creatine, whether it's in powder form or liquid. If the powder doesn't work for you, neither will the serum and vice versa. Give it time, from someone who is using it correctly, and then ask for results. In two months, I'll have a pretty good idea if this serum is a bunch of crap or if it's giving me my 42 dollars worth.

I am also using the ATP advantage. I have had no side effects and am happy with it, although I have not used the powder. The cramping and high water intakes were not what I was looking for. I have noticed slight muscle cramping with low water intakes, but the average person who watches their water intake should be fine. I will check back for others views
