Creatine

I have been using creatine for about a month. It is the first product of a natural nature, non prescription, that I feel has an affect on the body. The muscles in the body stay hard, and do not relax very much. I often feel at times it is working too well, the biceps and triceps actually hurt because they do not release from the workout, but stay in a pump state. I have a concern about circulation, it seems like it cuts off the circulation to my hands. I have seen growth, and the pump that I have never felt with other over the counter products.

I agree. Creatine has had a phenomenal effect on my growth. I wanted to know if anyone felt that there joints were stiff or sore afterwards. I know that a drastic increase in bulk and strength will usually out-pace the strength of joints and tendons so they have to work harder. Has anyone had this problem?
Also, I a buddy told me that creatine made him put on more fat and had sores when taking it. If anyone else has had this experience, I would like to hear from you.
