Consumer Review: Creatine, Diarrhea, Nausea, And Low Platelet Counts.

I have taken Creatine for over two years. Side effects?... I don't think anything I've had in the last two years would qualify as a side effect. Only a more muscular body.

One main problem that I have had was a low platelet count. Although, my family has had blood problems in the past. Many people complain about diarrhea and nausea. The thing is, have you ever tried eating 1\2 a dozen eggs with two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and two glasses of milk. This will do the same too. Creatine is a protein supplement, a lot of protein in your system will do the same thing. Your body only takes the amount of protein that it needs to recover from lifting and strenuous workout. The rest is released. So is it possible that creatine could be dropping my platelet count?
