Creatine

I am 14 years old, 5'11", and weigh 195
lbs. I play varsity football for my high school and throw shot
put. About 3 months ago I started taking creatine monohydrate
and tribulus terrestris supplements. I was told that people under
16 should never take creatine. However, I feel that due to my
size and development, I might be an exception. Someone please
tell me if there are any dangers in taking these supplements too
early.
