Question: Hydroxycut Made Me Light-Headed And Sped Up My Heart Rate. Will These Side Effects Go Away In Time?
I am a 33 year old male and I just started taking Hydroxycut this morning in hopes of losing about 10 lbs of body fat. I work out with weights about 2-3 times per week and play full court basketball for about 2 hours 1 - 2 times per week. So far, I have taken 4 tablets (2 this morning and 2 at lunch). I am feeling lightheaded and as if my heart rate is up a bit, although not to the point of "racing".
My question is, will these initial side effects of Hydroxycut subside? Have any other users experienced this at first and then they go away? Or is this a sure sign that the product is just not for me? Based on what I've read about the sleepless nights, I will not be taking the product again this afternoon. However, I am thinking that I maybe should take only one or two tablets a day until I get a feel for how my body will react to this stuff? Experienced users, please post your comments about initial use and ongoing use and dosages.
Answer #1
I had these same effects at the beginning of my supplementation with hydroxycut. I've found out that you have to be active or moving to take the full advantage of the supplement, or else you will get nauseated. I recommend taking them before you exercise, not before eating.
Answer #2
I also take hydroxycut. But unlike you, I have not suffered any ill effects. I take the full 4 capsules, 3 times a day, 1/2 an hour before I eat. I also supplement this with protein shakes. One in the morning, one in the afternoon. I have found I have a great deal more energy and am far more alert.
