Question: After Being Teased My Whole Life For Being Chubby, I Decided To Try Hydroxycut. Should I Continue To Take It?

My name is Andrew. I live in a small town called Latham, NY. People all my life made fun of me because I was chubby. So now, I said no more. I just bought Hydroxycut 5 days ago. The first couple of days, I had cramps but not any more. I feel more energetic and I go to the YMCA gym 5 days out of the week. I try not to eat that much because I really want to get thinner. Can you help me? Should I keep on taking it? When did you first see results when you bought the bottle of Hydroxycut? Personally, do you think I should keep on taking this and how long? Are there time periods like where you take a month off of the Hydroxycu then go back on? Please give some advice. I lived my whole life made fun of and I wanna make a change. Thank you for your time.

What I do with Hydroxycut, which is probably the most safest way, is you cycle it. For example, only take it on days that you are working out. Don't stay on it too long because your body will get used to the drugs, and you don't want that. You could eventually get gout of the urinary track. So, if you feel a slight burning when you urinate, consult a doctor immediatley or it will be to late!

I have been taking Hydroxycut for 6 months, but not straight. I cycle it. I do take the suggested dosage and I take it regularly. But what I suggest is taking it a month on, month off type thing. That all depends on how active you are. If you expect to lose weight by simply being on the product, it's not gonna happen. The key to the product is in the increase of aerobic exercise. In addition to lifting, you need to run two to three times a week. But the major key to keeping the weight off is to increase your workout when you are off the Hydroxycut, and be sure that you stay with your exercise program. I had stopped working out at the same level that I was at. For a short while, I was losing weight, but I paid severely when I began to gain weight back in immense amounts. It becomes that much harder to lose the weight at that point. I personally have gotten the shakes and sleepless nights.

Wow, you got some pretty good advice. Just listen to what those two said. I also say drink lots of water...and just like your first response, only take hydroxycut the day you work out, that's what I do. I don't want to consume all of my pills, and I'm pretty new to this drug, so I don't take nine pills or even seven pills a day. I just eat a good breakfast...for example, nonfat milk and cereal. Make sure the cereal doesn't have a lot of sugar because sugar turns into fat if not used, and I believe it slows you down. Sugary food always makes me feel sluggish, so just make sure it has very low sugar and that carbs aren't too high. I think Cheerios or Kelllog's Special K are perfect. Nonfat milk and regular milk have a big difference. You can't go wrong with nonfat milk. Also, make sure you do a lot of cardiovascular exercises. Be sure not to overwork yourself, or else you'll end up overworking your body, which is not good. Drink lots of water before you exercise and stretch in the middle of your workouts.

Umm, what else, oh yeah, lift weights also. It should help tone you out and speed up your metabolism. Also, make your food spicy. I just heard that spicy food speeds up you're metabolism. Eat lots of chicken and stay away from the fried foods. Every time you work out or sweat it off, make sure you eat something...maybe a fruit or juice so your stomach has something to feed on.

Other than that, I don't really know any more. Just good luck with you're goals. I'm sure you can do it and prove everyone that's making fun of you wrong. Good luck. Take it easy, and yeah..hydroxycut gives me energy also, but just start of with two pills...two before lunch and two before dinner. Peace.
