Question: I'm 56 Years Young And Am Considering Taking Hydroxycut To Lose Weight. What Advice Can You Give Me?

I am 56 yrs. young. I am interested in taking this weight loss enhancer. What kind of results can I expect? Do you recommend any specific amounts of water? What about food intake. I like my groceries. I also go to the gym every day. mon./fri. I am 5ft. 6 in. I weigh 180 lb.

You don't say whether you are male or female. I would definitely make sure I got my doctors OK before taking this supplement. Also make sure you are not taking any prescription medicines that could interfere with hydroxycut's ingredients. Remember that it is a pretty powerful stimulant that boosts your heart rate and can also boost your blood pressure. If you get the doc's OK, then remember to start out with the smallest dosage, usually just one capsule in the AM, to see how you tolerate it. Then work up to more if you do OK. Also, drink plenty of water. The ingredients in it also act as a diuretic and you can become dehydrated very easily, especially while exercising. I think it is a good product that can be very beneficial for some people. Also, do not take it any later than 1 or so in the afternoon or you'll be bouncing off the walls come bedtime!
