Consumer Review: Hdroxycut Is Great, But I Get Bad Mood Swings When I Miss A Dose.
Hydroxycut gave a really good pickup. Whenever I would miss a scheduled dosage I would get really bad mood swings. When I am on it constant it is an awesome training aid in my quest for a more ripped body.

Yeah, I wish I could answer that question also. My roommates can even tell when I have missed a dose. What could be the problem here?

Hydroxycut is pretty much over-the-counter speed. Like with any regular drug use, not getting your "high" will make you feel very low. And the longer you take it, the more your body needs, and people become dependant on it. If you're becoming too addicted, take a break from it. Start by decreasing the dosage if you have to to wean yourself off. A good friend of mine told me that when he came off of it, he went through a period of about 2-3 weeks when he was highly irritable and extremely sluggish because his body was used to the adjusted energy boost hydroxycut seems to give. Be extremely careful with whatever diet aid or drug you take, and always consult your doctor before attempting any diet or exercise program. Diet pills are not for everyone and should only be used in extreme cases, not just someone wanting to lose 5-10 lbs. Be aware of yourself and your body. Consult your doctor, eat well, and drink plenty of water if you continue using hydroxycut.
P.S. When you come off of hydroxycut, try taking St. John's Wort, which is supposed to assist in mood enhancement.

A lot of people have withdrawals (mood swings and headaches) because
of the herbal caffeine. You become "addicted" to it and
when you miss a dose, you have withdrawals, just like with alcohol
or any other addicting drug. But I still swear by Hydroxycut any
day.
