Consumer Review: Don't Use Hydroxycut Unless You Are Severely Overweight.

This is a response to all prospective users. I am a 20 year old, 5'1", 125 lbs. and I WAS taking a very low dosage of hydroxycut (only 2 for the entire day). I had "common sense" and read the entire bottle top to bottom and talked to some friends that are body builders. Though I was only taking 1/6 of the recommended dose between 10:30-11am, it still left me with a buzz (if I may call it that) into the early morning hours, though I had taken it long before. I also experienced lightheadedness and feelings of tremors throughout my body at various times throughout the day. Though I will admit to not knowing everything there is to know about supplements, I can suggest to you from personal experience to NOT take this unless you are severely overweight. And I would still suggest consulting a physician first. It is just not made for us smaller people looking to lose or trim those last five pounds.
