Consumer Review: Hyroxycut Let Me Control My Appetite And Rediscover My Abs.
I started taking Hydroxycut a week and a half ago, and I have to admit, I'm much more paranoid about supplements than my husband is. One thing I've noticed about this product is the fat around my mid-section isn't as bad as it used to be. I have lines defining my abs!
I find when I take a capsule, I have to eat in half an hour since I'm just ravenous. But after I eat, I'm fine. I don't have the desire to be nibbling on crap like I used to between meals. I always drink lots of water also, and I think because there's already the caffeine in this, you have to limit coffee, chocolate, and any other caffeine laden product. I only drink one coffee a day, and that's it. I've only upped my dosage to two, 3 times a day this week, but I think I'll stick to this for awhile, then take a break. I can't stress enough either that it's important to FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS. There's a reason they're there. Good luck.

Yeppers, I definitely agree with you on Hydroxycut. A few things for anyone taking it:
1.) Drink PLENTY of water when taking Hydroxycut. If you're serious about weight loss or bodybuilding, this should go without saying. Eight glasses a day is for normal folk. You should shoot for 12-16. At first, you're gonna be pissing every 3 seconds, but your body will adjust soon. What you're doing is aiding your kidneys to flush bad things out of your system. This takes the strain off your liver which you need to help burn fat. Stay away from the sodas and other crap. For those of you (like me) who don't like water too much, a bit of lemon makes it easier. That, or buy a brand that you really like.
2.) Don't take it less than 3 hours before bed. You won't get to bed on time if you do. If you have a significant other, this can be hazardous to your health (as my girlfriend tried some WWF moves after I rambled on and on after our bedtime because I couldn't sleep).
3.) Don't bother with Creatine while on Hydroxycut. The two seem to cancel each other out (cell hydrator vs. a thermogenic...hmm). What I have tried is cycling 3-4 weeks of Hydroxycut (my toning/cutting cycle) and then going to 3-4 weeks of Creatine and heavier lifting (my bulking phase). I have gotten pretty good results that way, but experiment with what works for you.
4.) Follow the instructions to the letter. Don't start out with the max dose. It ain't good for ya! Ease into it as the instructions say. You'll be happy you did.
5.) Get that cardio in there!!! I found that 30-45 minutes wasn't necessary. Do 20 minutes with a varying intensity (moderate to near all-out) and you'll get the same effects.
Good luck on your program. I've lost 6% body fat (down to 13 from 19) and can see those things called abs again after so many years! Woo-Hoo!!!

I have just started taking hydroxycut, and I find myself really concerned with what I eat, and find it almost impossible to find "the perfect foods"to eat. For instance, I hear that carbohydrates are something you really want to stay away from when trying to lose weight, and that is nearly impossible. I guess what I am getting at is, how closely do you watch your diet while taking hydroxycut?
