Consumer Review: Hydroxycut Isn't As Good As Xenadrine For Increasing Energy.

I started taking Hydroxycut a week ago and I have to tell you, it doesn't seem to work as good as Xenadrine (which I've taken for 3 months). Xenadrine seems to be more powerful if you are looking to gain energy (it will definitely raise your heart beat). I chose to go onto Hydroxycut because my body had gotten immune to Xenadrine (and my trainer recommended it).

I started working out a year and a half ago. While I was on Xenadrine, it helped me lose the major weight I needed to lose. Now, I'm just looking to build muscles and lose my last few pounds. Both supplements get you hyper and would make you sweat a lot during workouts. Make sure to drink plenty of water, and doing cardio is a must!

Don't take the first few pounds you lose on supplements seriously. They are mostly water weight and it does not mean that fat was burnt. Do not take the pills after 6pm if you're trying to catch some sleep. It will make you up stay up all night. You have to combine it with a sensible diet. Eat frequently, every 3 hours is preferred. But make sure the meals are small portions (the size of your palm). Your last meal should be 3 hours before bed time. Try to eliminate eating carbs after 6pm, due to the fact that they turn into sugar and you're not burning much fat while sleeping. Since you're taking out some of the nutrition from your diet, you might want to try taking a multi-vitamin.

Somehow, both supplements didn't help suppress my appetite much. Both made me lightheaded, but I guess that's the side effect that came with the package. I'm sure Hydroxycut will take it's toll if I give it a little bit more time. So overall, just don't go overboard with this.
