Consumer Review: I Suffered An Embarrassing Spell Of Profuse Sweating After Taking Hydroxycut.

I am a twenty year old man, and weigh 215 pounds. I lift five times a week. On my second day of using Hydroxycut, I suffered from a rather embarrassing spell of profuse sweating. I was in an air conditioned restaurant at the time. Of course, I didn't read the instructions on gradually increasing the dosage, so maybe this kind of effect does not occur when the product is used correctly, or when less then twelve pills are used in a single day.

I am excited to find a supplement besides creatine that actually does seem to have an effect on my body. I generally have more faith in supplements that have some undesirable side effects since any product that doesn't is probably just a placebo. I also have a much higher level of energy at the cost of feeling more nervous in confrontational settings. At this early stage, I can't recommend this product for anything besides increasing motivation. But most of what I have heard from people I know who have used it seems to indicate that it is the genuine article for trimming fat. I would not use this product at the same time as creatine since the level of caffeine Hydroxycut contains will more then eliminate any size gains that might accompany creatine use.
