Consumer Review: Hydroxycut Helped Me Break My Bench Press Record In Just One Day, But It Also Messed With My Mind.
I am a 25 year old, 6'1, 215 lb active individual who just started hydroxycut. Initially, I was concerned about the validity and seriousness of all of the customer comments listed on this site. Therefore, I did some additional research and came to the conclusion that the individuals experiencing detrimental repercussions were either underweight, previously inactive, taking too much/too soon or simply mixing a plethora of other diet pills, etc., leading to some type of chemical imbalance.
Yesterday was my first day on hydroxycut and I started with one pill. No effect, whatsoever. Several hours later, I took two and put them to work in the gym. In the past, I had tremendous difficulty in benching 225, however, on hydroxycut, this was no longer an issue. On my fourth set, I was able to push 235 without much difficulty, three to four times with excellent form. Was it the hydroxycut or the mental and psychological effect that I was supposed to show improvement? We shall see.
Finally, as I took my final two pills for the evening (a total of five for the day) 30 minutes before dinner, prior to 6:00PM, I could detect something was wrong with me.
Other than the obvious after effects from the gym (soreness, cramping, etc.) I was VERY worried about something...I just could not tell what it was. This was by no means paranoia, but what was it? For several hours, I had something going on in my head. I just could not pull it up to evaluate it.
Any suggestions.
