Consumer Review: I Started Off Taking The Maximum Dosage Of Hydroxycut, And Boy Did I Regret It.

Before taking Hydroxycut, I was a martial artist for 12 years and drank about 6 cups of coffee a day. So I said to myself, "Hell...I can start off on the maximum dose...my body can handle it, no problem." Well, I did start of on the max and I expected the jitters and heart pounding. However, I made the mistake of taking my last 4 pills late at night, and OH MY GOD...I thought I was going to die! I couldn't fall asleep. I could actually hear...'HEAR' my heart beat, and I kept seeing white flashing lights.

So, after I convinced myself that it was not Christ and the angels coming for me to take me into everlasting life, I wised up the next day and made this schedule: The first 4 pills I take between the hours of 8am-9am followed by a high protein and no fat diet. I then do a mid morning weight program. My next dosage of Hydroxycut is taken between 1pm-2pm and my final 4 pills are taken between 5pm-6pm followed by a isokinetic workout.

After making this schedule for myself, I can now sleep and the side effects have subsided to a point. Don't get me wrong, there is still the heavy pressure on your chest, muscle spasms in your right eye, pounding in the one temple, cramp in that one calf, and tightening of the infraspinatus muscle, but that's the product and there isn't much you can do about that but drink plenty of water. My strength and power has improved, I don't want to eat junk, I have no desire for carbohydrates and my attitude towards optimal health has improved.

I retired from the martial arts competition circuit in 1997. I wish I would have discovered Hydroxycut prior to that. It probably would have gained me a few more championships. It all depends on the individual. If you can take the maximum dose, then fine...but you have to be intelligent and scientific about it. Changing your daily activities to compliment the dosages may not be such a bad idea. If weight loss means that much to you, then it shouldn't be an issue to change your lifestyle.

How in God's name can you seriously say "my attitude towards optimal health has improved" and in the same breath claim "there is still the heavy pressure on your chest, muscle spasms in your right eye, pounding in the one temple, cramp in that one calf, and tightening of the infraspinatus muscle, but that's the product and there isn't much you can do about that but drink plenty of water"? Are you for real? Does this sounds like "optimal health" to you?
