Consumer Review: I Don't Know If There Is A Connection, But My Cousin Develped Symptoms Similar To Multiple Sclerosis While Taking Hydroxycut.
I'm searching far and wide for information regarding neuromuscular side effects of hydroxycut or any of it's component elements. My cousin has developed a multiple sclerosis appearing syndrome which coincided with the utilization of hydroxycut for weight loss. She is lame in one leg and has muscle weakness. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Anyone know of a concrete medical source for any neurological sequelae associated with the use of this combination supplement? Many thanks.

I too developed MS-type symptoms and spent a lot of time at the neurologists' office. My biggest complaint was (no kidding) genital area numbness (I'm a 34 year old female). I also experienced numbness in my hands and legs. I also got the acne I've read others complain about. Call me crazy, but after several months off it feeling like crap and slowly regaining weight and getting a reprieve from symptoms, I just restocked. That stuff rocks. I can't find a substitute. My doctor never could locate the source of my problems, and I was wondering if anyone else had similar experiences or any useful insight!
