Consumer Review: Hydroxycut Is A Great Way To Get The Motivation And Energy You Need Too Lose Weight.
I am a 23 year old female personal trainer. I do have body fat, as does everyone else in this world! From my use on-and-off of hydroxycut, I found that it did aid in getting me through my 30-45 min/5-6 days a week cardiovascular workout and 3-4 day/week weight training. I feel that taking 4 pills, 3x a day before each meal is excessive. Just one capsule 1/2 hour before working out for 3 months, combined with a low-sugar diet (eating a little balanced something...i.e., fruit, yogurt, 1/2 a sandwich every 2 hours to keep my metabolism up to speed) was enough to help my 152lb toned body become a 132lb leaner and more fit (and happier too) body.
My main point behind supporting hydroxycut is that it is a great tool for motivation that allows energy and excitement about training to replace the lack of hope for weight and body fat loss.
