Consumer Review: Thanks To Hydroxycut, I'm Now The Same Weight I Was When I Was 20.

I started taking Hydroxycut about 2 weeks into an effort to lose 30-40 pounds. I put myself on a strict diet for the duration of my working out. The first week was kind of strange. The first day, I was very wound up and full of energy and couldn't sit still. On days two through about day 7, I had weird dreams and didn't sleep through the night. I found that if I took my third dose for the day in the mid afternoon (around 3 or 4 PM), I could sleep OK. I lost about 5 pounds and was only running 2-3 miles a day before I started taking it. After I started taking Hydroxycut, I lost 30 pounds in six weeks and was running 6-8 miles a day. I then quit taking Hydroxycut for a month as I was on vacation and experienced a 2 pound weight loss with no exercise and eating fast food a lot. I just started taking it again today to try and cut a little more body fat while I tone up a little bit.

I strongly recommend Hydroxycut to anyone wanting to lose weight, just be very careful to follow the dosage listed and watch for uncomfortable changes to your body and take the third dose earlier than what it recommends. I do have a couple of friends that had the highly increased heart rate and the trouble sleeping while taking it. Just be careful to follow the directions and get off of it if you don't like the feeling it gives you. I had no stomach problems and no feelings of anxiety while taking Hydroxycut. I did, however, have some muscle cramps, but I think that was due to the fact that I had been a couch potato for so long and my body was just rebelling a little bit. I am 31 years old and now weigh what I did when I was 20 and feel great.
