Consumer Review: In Just One Week On Hydroxycut, I Lost 11 Pounds.

Thought I would put my two cents in about hydroxycut after reading other reviews. I have been on hydroxycut for one week now and the results are pretty clear. I weighed in at 241 just one week ago and this morning I weighed myself at 230 -- 11 lbs. in one week. I know that the first few pounds will always come off the quickest, but at the same time I believe that the hydroxycut has helped me stay motivated and focused on losing weight.

I made some mistakes taking hydroxycut to start with. I did start with the full dose (12 capsules/day) and felt very edgy and a touch light headed, but that was my own fault. I should have worked the dosage up slowly as they suggest. Anyway, the side effects seem to either subside or your body is just getting used to it. Either way, they are not nearly as intense as they were when I started.

A few words of advice: it will make you feel like you do not want to eat, but you have to eat! You have to give your body some fuel, especially if you are exercising, or all you will burn is muscle. Also, drink PLENTY of water. If you are not sure if you have had enough water, then you haven't...DRINK MORE.

There are plenty of resources on the web to get hydroxycut at a much better price than at nutritional stores (GNC), so shop around, but start off with a small bottle (80 each) because it will affect everyone different. If it affects you the wrong way, you do not want to be stuck with a huge bottle and expense. I will update you with any changes, warnings, or encouragement as I continue my experience with hydroxycut. Good Luck!
