OK, let me tell my story. About 5 months ago, I decide to lose weight. I was 236lbs and I'm 5'9 at 23 years old. I began a lot of cardio for about four weeks without taking any sort of supplements at all. I did, however, lower my carb intake by quite a bit and stopped drinking soda, only water I was drinking.
By the fifth week, I had lost 20lbs and I decided to start lifting weights. I was now weighing 216 and feeling better. That same week, I was reading up on hydroxycut and decided to give it a try. So I started working out every other day and using hydroxycut, plus eating 4 to 5 small meals a day instead of 2 big meals. I also was taking about 150 grams of protein a day. I started with 6 pills a day, 2 in the morning, 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner. I had lost 5 pounds after one week on it.
The second week, I started taking 8 pills a day (3, 3, 2). I lost 3 more lbs. Then, the third week I started taking 12 pills a day (4, 4, 4) and lost 3 more lbs. By the fourth week on hydroxycut, I was weighing 205lbs. It did give me some sleepless nights and a lightheaded feeling, but after a while I got used to it and it gave me the will to work out and look better.
So, all in all, it was worth it. I stopped taking it after the 6th week for 3 weeks to give it a break. I still was losing weight, but very little, like 2 lbs per week. I started taking it again, and I lost 10 more pounds in 3 weeks. After 4 months of lifting weights, I went up 30lbs on my bench press and I'm weighing in at 194lbs. Yes, I broke 200lbs. It feels good. I still have about 20lbs to go, but I know hydroxycut helped me a lot!
