Consumer Review: I Just Can't Believe You People Who Start Off On The Maximum Dose Of Hydroxycut And Then Complain About Side Effects.

There seems to be a lot of reviews stating that Hydroxycut causes fast heart rates and severe sweating, stomach cramping and other such health problems. I realize that some people react very sensitively to certain things, this supplement being one of them. However, this mainly concerns those of you who write these complaints, then you reveal that you started out with the maximum dosage, or you didn't drink a lot of water while taking it.

Let's see...there IS a warning on the label stating that this could raise heart rates, etc. Also, it contains three powerful stimulants. And after seeing the warning underneath the dosage, some of you didn't pay any attention and started out on 12 pills a day anyway. WHY?! Were you TRYING to kill yourself? Did you just want a reason to write a bad review? I just don't understand why you wouldn't follow the directions on a powerful supplement like Hydroxycut, AND THEN let the rest of us in on your stupidity (hey, starting out on the max dose is hardly what I'd call smart). Also, you should have realized that Hydroxycut is a thermogenic, y'know, a diuretic (read: takes lots of water out of your system). It only makes sense to put water back in, plus more water to flush away the fat. C'mon, do your homework.

If you're gonna take something like this, you should AT LEAST know what it could potentially do to you. Now, as I said earlier, I realize there are some people out there who started off low and still had legit problems. This review isn't supposed to be against you. Rather, it is to sound off against those who have apparently decided to take their lives into their own hands and started off with the massive dosages. So, I guess that's all I have to say. To those of you reading this, trying to decide if hydroxycut is right for you, I have a few tips:

1. Yes, you might have some side effects. It says so on the bottle. You need to decide for yourself if it's worth it. Some people have had great success. It's your personal choice.

2. If you choose to try Hydroxycut, drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day, not just 8.

3. Don't take Creatine with Hydroxycut. Creatine puts water in the cells, Hydrox pulls it out. You'd be defeating the purpose of either.

4. You do need aerobic exercise; this isn't a magic pill. You have to help it out.

5. It takes more energy to use muscle than fat, so lifting weights WILL help (and no, women, lifting will not "bulk you up." It will only tone, and we all like toned curves!).

6. Be smart when taking this. Follow the directions. They're there for a reason.

And finally, good luck to those of you who have decided to go for it. I hope you reach your goal!
